Accessibility statement

Our commitment
We want anyone to be able to buy a ticket, however they browse. We build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, the benchmark referenced by EN 301 549.
Current status
Accessibility is checked automatically on every code change, before it ships. As a microenterprise we are exempt from the requirements of the European Accessibility Act (S.I. 636/2023), but we've chosen to meet them anyway: retrofitting a checkout flow for accessibility later is far more expensive than building it right.
What we do
- Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator throughout.
- Sufficient contrast in both light and dark modes.
- Semantic structure and alternative text.
- No reliance on colour alone to convey information.
- Respect for the operating system's reduced-motion preference.
If you hit a barrier
Email accessibility@sinfiesta.ie describing the problem and the page. We respond within five business days.
The enforcement authority in Ireland is the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
